CANADA – Customer insights solution provider Vision Critical has launched an application to help brands engage with broader customer bases.
Touchpoint is a cloud-based application that allows companies to conduct research with new customers through social media and other online locations.
Vision Critical said organisations can use the app to interact with customers less likely to respond to a full survey, and also bring in people who are more likely to be regularly involved.
Riaz Raihan, president of products at Vision Critical, said the app allows companies to “connect with their customers where they spend time already, whether web, e-commerce, social media, or messaging platforms”.
The company has also updated its customer insights platform, Sparq, with new additions including quick polls allowing brands to interact with members in the member hub and the ability for administrators to set up single sign-on.
Sparq offers brands the ability to connect live/virtual experiences with digital customer feedback and can be integrated with video conferencing software such as Zoom.
