Vision Critical adds mobile and Facebook capabilities
Sparq Facebook Connect allows users to share surveys and research project updates on the social network. Senior vice president Gordon McNeill said the tool “unleashes the power of social networking by turning panellists into brand ambassadors who can now help expand the reach of our enterprise customers through their interactions with their Facebook networks”.
The company has also introduced new mobile survey capabilities to its software. Sparq Mobile Surveys is designed to automatically detect different kinds of devices, and optimise surveys for desktop computers, tablets and smartphones so that each survey only needs to be created once. The system supports Android, BlackBerry and Apple smartphones.
