UK – Video behavioural research agency Watch Me Think has made Alistair Vince its new CEO as it announced its fifth year of growth, with a 21% increase in revenue for the year to June 2017.
This growth has been attributed to its expansion in Europe and the US, after first launching in Australia. In line with this Vince, its COO and based in the UK, takes over the reins to allow co-founder, John Hoctor, to focus on global strategic partnerships for the group.
Vince said: “John and I planned for this change from the day we came up with the idea for Watch Me Think. We always saw Australia as our test market, but the key growth opportunity was always going to be in other regions. We were unsure if our decision to put ourselves under the constant pressure to remain profitable right from the start would pay off, but it has. We have not grown by taking on debt; we have grown because we are great at what we do. Now we are planning on how we take this to the next level.”
Hoctor added: “We have always aimed to provide better, faster, cheaper for our clients, and with the recent launch of our video analytics and storage platform searcheditshare.video we’ve seen a huge shift in momentum, driving global partnerships with our clients and their supporting agencies.”
