Validity appoints customer engagement VP

UK – Customer data business, Validity, has hired Guy Hanson as its vice-president of customer engagement for international.

Prior to Validity, Hanson worked at Return Path, where he led the global consulting team for eight years.

At Validity, he will advise customers on how to use their customer data to drive greater ROI across marketing and customer relationship campaigns.

Wayne Parslow, executive vice-president of international, said: “Guy has built a reputation as a passionate advocate for intelligent customer data. He’ll be working across all functions to ensure our clients are making the most of their data, while creating the best possible customer experience.”

Hanson added: “I’m thrilled to be taking on this new position with such a fantastic team, with whom I’ve already been able to start working on some great customer engagement initiatives. Validity has some of the best customers in the world. I’m looking forward to hearing their stories and helping to support them in their continued success.”
