UK — Trinity McQueen has announced the promotion of Samantha Toon to research director.
Toon (pictured), who works in the retail team, has been with the company for eight years.
The agency has also announced two new joiners to its qualitative team, both to the role of senior research executive. Jenny Naylor joins from GfK, while Sunam Ikhlaq joins from Platypus. Naylor specialises in consumer research in FMCG and retail markets and Ikhlaq is focused on the child and youth and higher education sector.
