SINGAPORE/US – Retail analytics firm, Trax, has acquired consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales and merchandising services firm,, for an undisclosed amount.

Trax will combine both companies’ technologies, product offerings and customer delivery to create a merchandising system for retail.

The acquisition broadens Trax’s reach across CPG brands and data and insights, to include business results and revenue.

This is the latest acquisition by Trax. Last month it bought European AI-based in-store tech firm, Qopius.
