Tivian acquires Guidespark to offer employee experience platform

US – Employee experience management company Tivian has acquired GuideSpark, which operates in the field of change communication.

Tivian acquisition

Tivian claims that the acquisiton makes it the first company to offer intelligent employee experience management using technology that delivers customised messaging in order to engage workers.

The combined capabilities of the two businesses will allow companies to synthesise feedback from their workforce and drive change through communication by providing employees “with the right information at the right time”.

“The winners of tomorrow will be the companies that bring personalised communications to their workforce with a focus on improving their experience,” said Tivian chief executive Frank Møllerop.

“Effective employee communication is a prerequisite for corporate effectiveness for any company, which is why we’ve created an end-to-end solution that brings customer marketing technology principles to HR. Organisations need to put their workforce at the top of their agenda to attract and retain talent.”
