US— Online video ad network TidalTV has launched BrandScore, a real-time measurement, optimisation and reporting tool for online video advertisers.
The firm has teamed with research and analytics house Dimestore Media to seed surveys within ads. The surveys will allow advertisers to test brand awareness, message favourability and purchase intent.
The survey results are integrated into TidalTV’s campaign reports.
Scott Ferber, chairman and CEO of TidalTV said: “Mathematical ad optimisation has traditionally been reserved for direct response marketers. Online video has propelled internet advertising beyond simple-to-measure response metrics. Thanks to the combination of Dimestore technology with TidalTV’s real-time optimisation technologies, brand marketers can finally optimise against key branding metrics in real-time while a campaign is still in flight.”
TidalTV has named media agency MediaCom as one of the first customers to deploy BrandScore.
