We speak to privacy expert Raymond Wacks about personal data in the digital age.
The explosion of personal data online presents huge opportunities for businesses to harness information about their customers, and has transformed how we think about privacy.
In this five minute interview, Robert Bain speaks to Raymond Wacks, who has been studying the issue of privacy for the last three decades and has just published a new book on the subject.
Wacks says that those who profit from collecting data online should be wary of a consumer backlash if they try to resist measures to strengthen privacy.
