The Female Lead launches creative agency
The Female Lead, founded by customer data enterpreneur Dunn (pictured) in 2015, has built a community of almost nine million women around the world, starting as a charity and growing into a ‘lifestyle platform'.
The charity's mission is to help women overcome inequalities in society and business. It addresses gender myths through research, data and content focused on successful women.
Dunn was one of the founders of Dunnhumby, later acquired by Tesco, and her activies since have included chairing Starcount. She is also a patron of MRS.
The new agency will be co-led by Female Lead executive director of brand partnerships Nicki Le Masurier and chief data and insights lead Rowena Humby.
The Female Lead said on LinkedIn: "Tandem connects ambitious brands to one of the most engaged female audiences on the planet.
"We transform cultural influence into measurable impact through data-led storytelling, talent and influencer partnerships, purpose-driven campaigns, creative production, and media impact.
"We blend the editorial authority of a global platform with the rigour of data-driven insight, delivering campaigns that are culturally resonant and commercially impactful."
