Taverner buys Jetty Research
The deal will expand the combined company’s CATI capacity to over 40 seats and provide Taverner clients with a regional New South Wales (NSW) presence. It will also expand the firm’s face-to-face (CAPI) research in metro and regional NSW.
Founded in 2006, Jetty Research focuses on state and federal government clients, academic fieldwork and the financial sector. Taverner Research also works with local, state and federal government, academic institutions, and commercial clients and international research agencies.
Following the acquisition, Jetty Research founder James Parker will become national research director at the combined group.
Michael Trigwell, managing director, Taverner Research, said: "Taverner and Jetty already have two of the highest quality and most cost-effective CATI facilities in Australia. Now we will have greater capacity to conduct research and recruitment projects."
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
