UK— Synovate has promoted Sue Phillips to chief executive of its Censydiam consumer motivational research practice.
Phillips (pictured) joined Synovate in 2005 as qualitative director for the Asia Pacific region before being moved to the UK in 2008 to take up the role of director of training and development for the firm’s global qualitative practice.
Ged Parton, CEO of Synovate Capabilities, said: “Sue has been responsible for the training of our 700-strong community of qualitative researchers for the past few years, so taking on this CEO role for Censydiam is a natural leap forward.”
Phillips will remain on the global qual leadership team while her former responsibilities will be assigned to other members of the team.
