Symphony Teleca launches predictive analytics brand

US — Symphony Teleca has launched a brand to meet demand for operational predictive analytics.

Aimed at its key vertical markets such as banking, financial services, retail and healthcare, Symphony Analytics aims to combine Symphony Teleca’s platform and solutions, along with the industry-specific expertise, to help enterprises implement and realise the benefits of big data predictive analytics.

Symphony Analytics will be headed up by senior vice-president and general manager Venkat Rajan and is headquartered in Texas with 1,000-plus people based around the world.

President and CEO at Symphony Teleca Sanjay Dhawan said: “We’ve formed Symphony Analytics to meet the growing market demand for new operationalised solutions that enable real-time and predictive analytics which are integrated directly into a company’s business processes.”
