Swipp gets $2m in funding and launches analytics suite

US — Social intelligence platform provider Swipp has secured $2m in additional funding as it launches a business suite.

Swipp has acquired $2m in institutional investment, which it is using to fuel Swipp Plus, an analytics application for business.

Swipp Plus allows marketers to directly learn what people think and feel about their content, company or products and companies can identify top influencers and brand sentiment, add embeddable widgets, and track terms to a website, blog or campaign.

Funded by Old Willow Partners, the company launched its first consumer application in January.
