The agency will partner with clients who are looking to take more of their insight in-house. Its services include creative and content testing, idea generation and concept screening, market landscaping, segmentation and brand tracking.

Sutcliffe joined TNS as managing director of its consumer division in 2009 and held various senior roles within Kantar, including, most recently, managing director of thought leadership and innovation. Prior to TNS, he spent 16 years at Research International.

Sutcliffe said: “We offer clients the speed and cost benefits of using research platforms with the expertise needed to maximise insight. We provide a flexible model, from agile full-service projects powered by research tech to light-touch insights consultancy for clients who are looking to scale research platforms in-house.”
