UK – Survey software company SurveyMonkey is offering businesses surveys to help ease their workforce back into work after the Covid-19 lockdown ends.
The tools include leadership check-in survey templates, health monitoring surveys and professional surveys. Available templates include a coronavirus leadership check-in, working from home, returning to the workplace and a survey on frontline workers.
The firm said the tools would help organisations get a better understanding of their workforce’s wellbeing and support planning for employees’ return to workplaces.
Last month, SurveyMonkey launched a Microsoft Teams app to help generate surveys on the video conferencing and chat platform.
Rebecca Cantieri, chief people officer at SurveyMonkey, said: “We are all in uncharted waters as the public health threat remains for the foreseeable future, and decisions regarding the physical and mental wellbeing of employees become the forefront of organisational focus and planning.”
Cantieri added that the tools would “put the employee’s voice at the centre of decision-making”.
