Lockwood (pictured), who will be based in London, will help manage the company’s European operations and will report into regional managing director Antonio Tropea.

Before joining SHG, Lockwood was senior vice-president of both the US and UK operations at M3 Global Research. He has also worked for Medefield and Kantar.
