Sudler & Hennessey acquires Viscira in the US

WPP-owned global healthcare communications network Sudler & Hennessey has bought digital marketing firm Viscira for an undisclosed amount.

Viscira was founded in 2007 and employs more than 100 people. Its headquarters are in San Francisco, with additional offices in New York and London. Its 2015 year end unaudited revenues were $17 million.

Viscira's clients include 17 of the world’s top 25 pharmaceutical companies, covering more than 135 brands. 

Sudler & Hennessey is part of WPP’s Branding & Identity, Healthcare and Specialist Communications group (which includes Direct and Digital).
