Narang spent over 15 years experience at ad agency Ogilvy and in her new role will head up marketing, new business development and digital innovation at StrawberryFrog.

She will be based in New York in her new role.

As well as a long stint at Ogilvy, she has also held the role of SVP, brand and growth marketing at programmatic media company, Viant Technology,

Narang said, “StrawberryFrog is really a one-of-kind company, and I’m excited to join the team. With so much downward pressure on budgets these days, the StrawberryFrog approach to creating organic and participatory  movements can make for a more efficient and effective means of brand building.”

StrawberryFrog says it is the world’s first Movement Marketing firm.

The company works with firms, including Waltmart, to help change culture, employee habits and ensure employees feel supported.
