UK — Research and insight agency Opinion Matters has hired Jennifer Sproul in the newly created position of head of client services.
Previously sales and marketing director of the Market Research Society (MRS), Sproul will have responsibility for new business and management of the client team at the agency, which is part of the marakettiers4dc group.
At the MRS, Laura Seal is taking over from Sproul as sales and marketing director.
Jane Frost, chief executive of MRS said of Seal’s appointment: “Laura is a lively and challenging marketer with significant experience not only in the membership sector but also in not-for-profits, clients and agencies. She has worked at Lowe-Lintas, Suzuki motorcycles and racing teams, worked in the marketing department of Hamptons International before moving into membership organisations.”
