Speech analytics firm CallMiner raises $9.6m

US — Speech analytics firm CallMiner has raised $9.6m in an equity offering, according a regulatory filing picked up by the Boston Business Journal.

The company captures call centre conversations between staff and customers and analyses them for sentiment and acoustics and performance scoring.

CallMiner previously raised $4m in a series C funding round. Investors include the CIA-backed venture group In-Q-Tel.
