Speech analytics firm CallMiner raises $9.6m
The company captures call centre conversations between staff and customers and analyses them for sentiment and acoustics and performance scoring.
CallMiner previously raised $4m in a series C funding round. Investors include the CIA-backed venture group In-Q-Tel.
