SmartSurvey wins General Medical Council contract

UK – The General Medical Council (GMC) has appointed digital survey company SmartSurvey to supply survey and consultation software.

As part of the three-year contract, the GMC will use SmartSurvey’s online platforms to collect feedback from external and internal stakeholders.

The GMC collects information about the medical profession and organisations where doctors practise and train.

Paul Buckley, director of strategy and communication at the GMC, said: ‘The General Medical Council has thousands of stakeholders across the four UK countries. In this complex environment we can only be effective by listening and involving them in our work; an easy-to-use digital platform is key to making that happen.”
