UK – Market research agency Shift Insight has promoted Jenny Kedros and Rebecca Berry to research and insights director.
Kedros (pictured left) and Berry (pictured right) have both been with Shift Insight for more than 10 years and were both associate directors before their recent rpomotions.
Berry was a teacher and editor before joining Shift Insight, and runs global qualitative research projects and strategic workshops while also leading the company’s work on children’s research.
Kedros started her career in educational publishing and now helps develop Shift Insight’s work on sustainability and evaluation, as well as new methodologies.
Shift Insight was last year accredited as a B Corporation, a legal status that demonstrates a company pursues purpose over profit.
Jane Powell, managing director of Shift Insight, said: “These promotions are in recognition of Rebecca and Jenny’s extraordinary contribution to Shift over the last ten years and particularly over the last year when, as members of the senior management team, their humour, wisdom and level-headedness has been completely invaluable.”
