Senior team changes at Ipsos India

INDIA – Ipsos has made several senior role changes and promotions within its team in India, including appointing Balaji Pandiaraj to lead customer experience.

Pandiaraj, formerly country service line leader, automotive and mobility development, has worked with automotive clients in the areas of vehicle clinics, customer experience, mystery shopping, segmentation and tracking.

Apeksha Jain takes up the role of country service line leader, automotive and mobility development with immediate effect.

The company has also appointed executive directors Rahul Bhardwaj as country lead for product testing, consumer packaged goods, Deepti Chandna as country lead for innovation and forecasting for durables, services and technology (non-CPG) sector, and Pooja Doshi, as country lead of innovation and forecasting in consumer packaged goods. All three take on the expanded remit in addition to their existing executive director roles.
