INDIA – Ipsos has introduced a platform for video research across 40 cities in India, via panel research business Crownit, following its acquisition earlier this year.
The platform, Ipsos Consumer Voice, will allow clients to schedule video research including video interviews, product research and home audits of consumers with their selection of target group, age group and gender, in a DIY format.
Based on Ipsos’ AI sandbox Ipsos Facto, the platform will have a centralised platform for schedules and video interactions, and offers transcription and automatic sentiment analysis.
Amit Adarkar, chief executive, Ipsos India, said the platform would be able to access to around three million panellists, and said it would help clients seeking "quick and fast access to real consumers for understanding consumer motivations, behaviour, shopping, consumption/ ownership patterns, and executing product research”.
Sameer Grover, chief digital transformation officer, Ipsos Crownit said: "Ipsos Consumer Voice uses the Crownit platform and Crownit mobile-first consumer panel which was acquired by Ipsos in June-2024. The Ipsos-Crownt online solutions backed with Gen AI, make us nimble in supporting growing clients’ needs."
