UK – Out-of-home media agency Posterscope has made two promotions in insight and strategy.
Russell Smither (pictured), who leads the company’s UK insights team, has been appointed as head of research and insight.
Smither launches new research methodologies, optimises media planning and measures the effectiveness and evaluation of OOH campaigns. Following his promotion he will continue in this role on an international basis.
Nick Halas, who joined the company in 2015, has been promoted from UK head of data and innovation to global head of strategy. Halas leads Posterscope’s service innovation, working with clients, media vendors and data providers. In the new role, his remit will expand across the company’s global network.
Stephen Whyte, global president, Posterscope Worldwide, said: “Nick has been relentless in driving innovation at Posterscope UK and has provided invaluable support to our offices internationally. Russell, meanwhile, has been instrumental in Posterscope winning many awards over the years and he has diversified Posterscope’s insight offering in areas such as campaign evaluations, creative testing and location intelligence.”
