ScottishPower renews Intersperience deal

UK— ScottishPower has renewed its online customer panel contract with consumer research firm Intersperience.

Intersperience had been working with ScottishPower for the past three years and runs its panel of 4,000 customers, which includes a community of 400 more “engaged” individuals.

The panel will continue to be used to carry out ad hoc research including fieldwork, one-to-one customer interviews, and feedback projects and ‘hot topic research’ on selected issues via polls and discussion threads, in addition to a new community listening service.
