US – Global intelligence business Savanta has acquired US full-service market research agency Infosurv for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition, which was completed in mid-January, will increase Savanta’s employee engagement and customer experience capabilities.
Infosurv will be rebranded as Savanta in the future but will continue to operate under its current branding for the time being.
The management team at Infosurv will remain with the business, with Kyle Burnam, chief executive at Infosurv, reporting to Vin DeRobertis (pictured), chief executive officer Americas at Savanta.
There will be no immediate changes in the day-to-day running of the company as a result of the acquisition, according to Savanta.
Infosurv was set up in 1998, is based in Atlanta in the US and focuses on customer experience research and employee engagement.
DeRobertis said: “We are excited to expand the footprint on the ground here to complement the global business Savanta continues to build.
“We’re joining together with a team of specialist consultants whose expertise and values fully aligns with ours, in helping our clients make better decisions.”
Burnam added: “By joining forces with Savanta, we can strengthen the promise we make to our clients to develop a deep understanding of their needs, work easily with them and deliver what they expect.
“Working as part of Savanta allows us to bring a wider range of insight solutions to our clients, but also opens opportunities up to the team as well.”
