Saber Khan joins STRC as Middle East boss

UK— Saber Khan, former research director at STRC group company Ethnic Focus, has returned to the group as director of Middle East and emerging markets for STRC Research and Intelligence.

Khan will head up STRC’s Middle Eastern omnibus and build its offering in markets including Libya, Sudan and Yemen.

Ethnic Focus has made its name providing research on ethnic minorities in the UK, and the group is now expanding its international work.

For the past two years Khan has been with Nielsen as regional head of qual research in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan.

Khan said there is still a preference for face-to-face work in the Middle East, so the bulk of fieldwork will be done by multilingual face-to-face interviewers.
