US – Digital rewards management platform Rybbon has partnered with cloud-based platform Krealinks to use digital rewards to allow online community managers to increase engagement and gain insights.
Krealinks runs a gamification system that allows managers to identify top contributors in online communities based on the quality and quantity of content created.
The integration of Rybbon’s points-to-rewards with Krealinks’ community management platform will enable community managers to use automated digital rewards as incentives for users to post better-quality material in a greater quantity.
The rewards include e-gift cards from top brands like Amazon, prepaid Visa and Mastercard rewards, and e-donations. The rewards are tailored to the member’s country.
Jignesh Shah, chief executive at Rybbon, said: “We’re proud to bring our points-to-rewards capability to the Krealinks platform. Points-based rewards are an effective tool to engage community members in a scalable way.”
