In the latest Spotlight interview Neil Swan, managing director of RS Consulting talks to us about his professional and personal bugbears.
Neil started his research career at NOP in 1980 after reading Classics at Oxford. He joined The Research Business in 1986 and became managing director of TRBI in 2002. When the company was acquired by Synovate in 2005, Neil headed Synovate’s solutions development in Western Europe.
He is a frequent speaker at industry events on such subjects as brand strategy research, TV and press advertising, and quantitative research issues. He won First Prize in the 1995 AMSO Research Effectiveness Awards, and is Co-Chair of the 2007 Golden Jubilee Market Research Society Conference.
