UK— Stonegate Pub Company has expanded its customer experience improvement programme with Retail Eyes to include customer satisfaction surveys.
Retail Eyes has been working with the pub chain for the past four years, during which time it has carried out more than 8,500 mystery visits. At the end of 2010 Retail Eyes developed an enhanced programme that would allow the pub group to combine the insights gained from these mystery visits with the results of online surveys.
This programme was trialled in a number of the group’s Slug & Lettuce and Yates pubs for four months and has now been rolled out to 223 locations.
