UK— Vitamins, minerals and health food retailer NBTY has hired customer experience agency Retail Eyes to run its Sales and Service mystery shopping programme in 260 Julian Graves stores.
The deal marks an expansion of an existing relationship between Retail Eyes and NBTY. The firm has carried out more than 2,800 mystery shopping visits to NBTY-owned Holland & Barrett, GNC and Natures Way stores in the past.
NBTY’s group customer service manager Sally West said: “Through the Sales and Service programme, the team at Retail Eyes has given us a detailed insight about our customers’ experiences and highlighted where we need to improve.
“We are excited to be expanding our customer experience programme to include all our Julian Graves stores and repeating the success we have seen to date.”
