UK — Birmingham-based agency Research by Design has hired Tracey Downes as a senior market research executive.
The agency has experienced consistent growth and is looking to expand both in terms of office space and staff over the coming year.
Downes (pictured) has quantitative research experience, measuring customer experiences, satisfaction and loyalty. She will be working within the membership team at Research by Design.
