Rentrak announces syndication service

US — Media measurement company Rentrak has announced the launch of its new service reporting syndicated programming at a national level.

Rentrak was recently acquired by former rival comScore.

Its new service will report national ratings and impressions for live, C3 and C7 metrics for total households as well as automotive purchasing, retailer spend, credit worthiness and political audiences based on daily reporting from all 210 markets.

“In the competitive marketplace of content development, creation, distribution and ad revenue generation, having precise measurement is essential for success,” said Rentrak’s president of National Television, Chris Wilson.

“Rentrak proudly announces the launch of our syndication service, which will provide the industry’s largest landscape of advanced demographics which will open up new advertising verticals for the syndication media market.
