US— Global Broadcasting has signed up to use Rentrak’s StationView Essentials local TV market audience measurement service.
The broadcaster will receive ratings figures for its ABC-affiliate channel WLNE in Providence, Rhode Island.
General manager Steve Doerr said: “Global Broadcasting is focused on the future and we firmly believe the StationView Essentials system is the 21st century audience measurement solution we and the industry need to properly understand the audience behaviours in the marketplace and how best to communicate the value of our inventory to clients.”
