StoreWorks will combine red’s UK-wide CAPI capability with Research Now’s smartphone panel to create a ‘mobile taskforce’ so brands can access their target audiences at any time, in-store, in-home and in-situ.

Sam Day, director of Red said: “Our retail clients have loads of different requirements for data and insights, but they don’t have bottomless pockets or, often, the luxury of time.

“We developed StoreWorks to give them everything they need, in one place – as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible, so they only pay for what they need.”

Aaron Simmons, senior vice-president of sales for Research Now, added: “We think StoreWorks meets a clear need in the market for quick, quality feedback from consumers. Our combined versatility means together we are well placed to answer any question – strategic or tactical – that a brand may have about its product, service, proposition or store network.”
