Rait buys majority stake in Baltics-based CX firm
Following the acquisition, Synopticom will continue to be led by managing director and founder Liutauras Daugirdas.
The acquisition will help Synopticom expand to new markets while also expanding Rait’s technology portfolio.
Rait is an independent market research company that operates in Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Synopticom is a CX research software platform based in the Baltic states that helps companies build and revise customer journeys, set up programmes, use multiple channels to collect feedback and merge it with internal customer data.
Dovilė Končak (pictured), chief executive at Rait, said: “I am glad that as a group we will have solid tools for our clients that are interested in enterprise feedback management. Especially as Synopticom solutions are user-friendly and well-developed.”
Kaspar Jänes, chairman of the board at Rait, said: “It is an ideal match for Rait. We have been trying to add more technology to our offering – thus having an in-house solution for customer and employee experience feedback is perfect.”
