Radius Global MR launches EMEA division

UK— New York-based Radius Global Market Research has launched a division to serve clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The firm has appointed Michael Fodor to lead the new arm, which is based in London.

Fodor worked at Ipsos until 2005 after he sold his company to the group in 2001/2. He then started South East Europe Research and sold it to management in 2009.

Radius managing director Chip Lister said: “I can think of no better person than Michael Fodor to lead the charge for Radius outside the US. He possesses the perfect background of career market researcher coupled with an unparallelled depth of experience in the international marketplace.”

Joining Fodor at Radius EMEA is Glenn Trouse as deputy general manager and Suzanne McManus as director of qualitative research.

Trouse joins from Grey where he was senior vice president for EMEA marketing and was the founding CMO at online travel firm Ebookers.

Suzanne McManus also had a spell at Grey where she had regional responsibilities for Europe, North America Hong Kong and Greater China as head of strategic planning. She also held the same role with JWT.

Fodor said: “Both Glenn and Suzanne offer an impressive blend of international market research, marketing, and brand development expertise. Their ability to amplify the voice of the consumer through state-of-the-art methodologies, a broad and deep sector expertise, and their distinctive experiential perspectives will bring tremendous value to Radius’ global client roster.”
