Radius Global and Illumination merge
Under the merger, Illumination Research will keep its brand name and headquarters in Mason, Ohio.
Illumination was founded in 2005 by former Procter and Gamble managers, Karri Bass and Jeff Bass, and now has a team of more than 30 researchers. The two founders will now work as directors at Radius, responsible for leading and generating business from the Ohio office.
Chip Lister (pictured), managing director of Radius, said: “The synergies between our organisations in terms of capabilities, talent and culture result in an extremely robust set of up-to-date research methods as we seek out the most revealing insights to move our clients’ businesses forward.”
Financial details were not disclosed.
