QuestBack buys Finnish feedback software rival Digium
Digium has developed a browser-based tool for collecting data from consumer via the internet, by email or by SMS.
QuestBack CEO Ivar Kroghrud (pictured) said: “We have had our eye on Digium for several years, and now the timing was right for both companies. We couldn’t have found a better match, and by combining the strengths of our two companies, we will make a major leap towards our goal of becoming the world’s preferred supplier of enterprise feedback management services.”
Digium’s CEO Matti Heikkonen joins the QuestBack management team following the acquisition.
The purchase is QuestBack’s third. Previously it bought Easyresearch of Sweden and Refleks of Norway.
