QualVu adds Russian option to video research tool

US— Video research technology firm QualVu has added a Russian language translation option to its qualitative offering.

The firm offers clients access to a global panel of respondents equipped with webcams who provide their feedback within three days, and with the addition of the Russian translator the service is now available in 11 languages.

Other languages the service translates are Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Polish, Korean, German, Japanese, Mandarin and English.

CEO John Williamson said: “We want to make sure we gather rich insights and capture the tone, dialect and verbal cues as well.”
