US – Experience data business Qualtrics has announced that API-driven survey programming is being added to its insights platform, Qualtrics Research Core.
The company said the new capabilities would help clients and agencies automate creating research projects, so they can spend less time designing the survey and more time on using the insights to improve their customer, brand, product and employee experiences.
Qualtrics Research Core is built on the Qualtrics XM Platform. The APIs (application programming interface) allow users to code even the most complicated surveys and control the questions, logic, quotas, branding and other aspects of the survey design.
Kelly Waldher (pictured), vice-president of Research Core, Qualtrics, said: "By automating an otherwise time-consuming process, this API-driven approach gives researchers the flexibility needed to increase productivity and gain higher quality insights. Survey programming joins a series of recent innovations to Qualtrics Research Core, making it a powerful toolkit for the modern researcher."
