INDIA— Ashok Kapur, a former Indian government cabinet secretary, is joining Penn Schoen Berland (PSB) as head of the policy group for South Asia operations.
Kapur has spent more than three decades working for the Indian government.
He will lead a team of policy advocacy and government relations experts and will report into Ashwani Singla, MD and CEO of PSB South Asia.
