Promise adds new executive directors

UK— Co-creation agency Promise has hired two new executive directors in the shape of Richard Bowden-Doyle and Ed Herten, to work on projects in the US and UK.

Bowden-Doyle has spent the majority of his career in the travel industry, where he worked as marketing director and managing director of Lunn Poly and then Thomson Holidays. He has also held senior roles at Thomas Cook, BA and Lastminute.com, as well as leading South African safari company &Beyond.

Ed Herten comes to the company following spells with BDG McColl Retail and Leisure and the ?What If! Group, where he co-founded the business innovation practice. He will join Promise in July.

Group managing director Clare Fuller said: “Promise has big plans for the future and these two appointments will help us move onward and upward while growing the business. Ed will bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to our existing client portfolio and new business, and Richard knows his way around the boardroom which will help us deliver deeper and more valuable relationships.”
