Lovell said in a LinkedIn post that he would be taking a break after leaving the company. Research Live has asked Pret a Manger to confirm Lovell’s replacement at the firm.

Before joining Pret a Manger, Lovell was data, analytics and insight director at Eurostar for more than two-and-a-half years, and has worked for companies including Jack Wills, Thomas Cook and Arena Media.

During his time at Pret, Lovell built the data and insight function, and listed a number of accomplishments on LinkedIn including having a wealth of both internal and external data readily available and used in Snowflake, key business decisions being led by data, interactive dashboards and teams across the business better equipped to handle data.

In his post, Lovell wrote: “I’m sad to announce that after almost three-and-a-half years, my time at Pret has come to an end.

“I want to say a massive thank you to the amazing team I’m leaving behind. It’s been a massive privilege to establish such a strong group of brilliant data practitioners, I’m so proud of what you all continue to achieve and I know that I leave Pret’s data in safe hands and hope you continue to show the business the value it can add.”

Research Live has approached Pret a Manger for comment.
