Phoenix acquires Sterling Research Group

US — Marketing services firm Phoenix Marketing International has acquired voice-of-the-customer research firm Sterling Research Group.

Phoenix, which has 11 offices across the US and Europe, has research experience across a number of industries, including automotive, financial services, healthcare, converged technology and media. Its work focuses on customer experience, communications and brand and product innovation.

Sterling Research Group has voice of the customer expertise across a number of sectors, most notably casinos and hospitality.

“Sterling’s excellent reputation in the VOC (voice of the customer) market coupled with Phoenix’s analytic expertise, innovative technology platforms and our ability to take in-the-moment data and analytics to a whole new level makes this an excellent acquisition for both companies,” said Allen DeCotiis, chairman and CEO of Phoenix Marketing International.

“Our team looks forward to fostering Sterling’s long-standing relationships and advancing the analytics and technology that drive the work we do for clients each and every day.”
