US – Research and brand strategy consultancy Open Mind Strategy (OMS) has made Leah Perlmutter its director of research.
Perlmutter (pictured) was previously senior researcher and strategist and has been at OMS for the past six years. She is the consultancy’s resident cultural anthropologist and specialises in ethnography.
Allison O’Keefe Wright, executive vice-president, said: “Leah is expert at connecting with consumers and earning the trust needed to unlock their opinions, passions and unmet needs. Leah has not only mastered the art of listening, she is adept at recognising the strategic potential in even the most simple consumer observations, helping drive actionable insights for our many clients.”
Robin Hafitz founded OMS in 2010. Its services include qualitative and quantitative research, brand studies, show and message testing, segmentation, as well as strategic brand consulting and educational workshops.
