US— Peanut Labs has launched two new panels made up of social media users in Italy and Spain, two of the world’s biggest users of social media sites.
The Social Media Italy panel is made up of 55,000 respondents while Social Media Spain boasts 50,000 members, all profiled by basic demographic attributes including age, gender, ethnicity, geography, household income, education and number of children.
Quoting a recent Nielsen report, Peanut Labs said that 78% of internet users in Italy and 77% in Spain regularly use social media sites.
The new panels follow the launch of a similar sample in France last month, and Peanut Labs said that it plans to unveil a social media panel in Asia in the second half of the year.
