OzTAM names industry development director
The newly-created role will see Dillon (pictured) lead OzTAM’s work to identify and develop tools and data to allow broadcasters to maximise their audiences and for advertisers to reach people with their advertising.
Dillon will engage and consult industry stakeholders in his new role to decide on needs and priorities, and then manage selected projects.
Before joining OzTAM, Dillon worked in both Australasia and the US in the media, telecommunications, internet and renewable energy sectors.
Dillon also had a previous stint at OzTAM in 2014 to 2016 as lead consultant in the conceptualisation, development and industry-wide adoption of the data analytics platform that supports OzTAM’s video player measurement service.
Doug Peiffer, chief executive at OzTAM, said: “Kevin is a proven media and technologically-savvy leader, and a superb connector of people, organisations, insights and possibilities.
“His affinity with digital transformation and industry-disruptive change, and his stakeholder management skills, make Kevin the ideal nexus between OzTAM’s audience measurement service and potential industry enablement and technology initiatives.”
